The staffs are totally not helpful. They do not help moving your luggages up or down the stairs (4-5 stepd) at the entrance and inside the hotel (7-8 steps) No smile at most timre. No checkin ticket for luggages storage, and warn us they do not responsible for and lost. Anyone can walk into the storage room and take whatever item they want. Totally no service...and we are told it is way to go at their. The reception woman was stern face with no smile throughout the conversation. The breakfast manager, a older woman, also no smile and rude.

We are glad that we booked this hotel. The beach view was breathtaking and remarkable. Not to mention its excellent location where the old town cobbled street is just right in front of the hotel. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast where they offered great selections and indeed one of the best breakfasts we've tried in our Portugal 訂房網站. Hotel staff were mostly friendly, especially those in the restaurant, except for the housekeeping staff who refused to give us extra drinking water on the next morning even before we checked out.

정말 위치 시설 서비스 어느하나 빠지는것 없이 최고였습니다. 프론트 직원분의 세심한 배려와 바다 바로 앞 멋진 풍경, 넓은방 이틀만 보내는게 아쉬울 정도로 행복한 시간이었어요. 나중에 알부페이라에 다시오고싶고 그때도 솔이마르 호텔에서 묵겠습니다. 정말 감사해요 솔이마르 그리고 알부페이라❤️
